Who owns the pipe?

North Bay Village purchases drinking water from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer. The Village owns the service line from the water main to the property line; the property owner maintains the portion from the line to the building tap. For account and pressure issues, begin with Village Utilities; County WASD operates the regional water supply.

Large brush, construction debris and bulky items are not regular cart pickup. The Village publishes separate rules and contractor instructions. Oversized brush may incur a charge, and construction or hardscape debris needs separate disposal. Confirm current requirements with Public Works before setting material out.
