Public Services is the Town’s practical first stop for physical infrastructure; Town Hall provides the broader contact and department directory.
The Town’s Environmental Services function handles water, sewer, stormwater and drainage issues. For a leak, service interruption, sewer concern or flooding report, call Town Hall and ask for Environmental Services. After-hours sewer emergencies are routed through the Town’s published emergency contacts.

Public Services contacts & responsibilities ↗The Town Building Department issues local permit cards and administers the Florida Building Code. Town Hall is open 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; the Building counter is open 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. and closes for lunch from noon to 1 p.m.

Permit information & portal ↗Pembroke Park is governed by a five-member Town Commission. The Town website is the source for public meetings, agendas, ordinances, election information and records. Confirm a meeting date and location before attending.
Town government & meetings ↗Waste Management is the Town’s contracted collection provider. Bulk is scheduled on specific Wednesdays—not every regular trash day.
The Town’s 2026 notice lists trash collection on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For missed collection, access or account questions, contact Waste Management directly at 954-974-7500.
Town 2026 collection notice ↗The published schedule gives six Wednesday bulk dates. Collection accepts furniture, appliances, electronics and similar items too large for the container, up to four cubic yards. Construction material such as drywall, carpet and lumber is excluded.
